Kyle Hackshaw leads all key aspects of the Organization and is passionate about driving continuous improvement in daily operations.

Kyle has more than 15 years experience in the Healthcare industry. Prior to joining the Organization, Kyle held various leadership roles at BioReference Health, RWJ Barnabas Health, and Hospital for Special Surgery. Instrumental in developing and implementing innovative healthcare reimbursement strategies, he strives to achieve operational excellence and exceed performance metrics.

Kyle is a Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM) with the National Association of Medical Staff Services, a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Kyle holds his B.S. in Biology Education from New York University, swam on the NYU Men’s Swimming team, and taught swimming lessons through Imagine Swimming.
